The Cast no-clean rosin flux 3200 is for PCBs; automatic wave soldering machines or non-automatic operations (static solder pot), and can be applied as spray, foam or liquid wave. This flux offers great solderability for tin or copper plated components. The parts do not have to be cleaned after soldering because the flux does not contain halogens.
