Excellent solderability
The Cast no-clean “HALIDE FREE” flux 3104-RNC is for PCBs; automatic wave soldering machines or non-automatic operation (static solder pot), and can be applied as spray, liquid wave or foam. This flux offers great solderability for boards with Sn, Cu and Pb baths.The parts do not have to be cleaned after soldering because the flux does not contain halogens and does not leave any corrosive residues behind.
