The Cast no-clean flux 4104N is for PCBs; automated wave soldering machines or non-automated operations (static solder pot), and can be applied as spray, foam or liquid wave. Due to its not leaving any conductive or corrosive residues behind, it does not require the PCBs to be cleaned after soldering.
