Low level of residue, excellent solderability
The Cast no-clean flux 2904 – Voc Free is a water-based no-clean flux, used on printed circuit boards. Allows for better solderability and a lower defect rate (bridging or short circuits). Recommended for automated wave soldering machines, it can be applied as spray, foam or liquid wave. Due to its not leaving conductive or corrosive residues behind, it does not require the PCBs to be cleaned after soldering. Preheating is advised (Bottom/Topside), as well as eventual corrections of the required conveyor speed for the solvent’s proper evaporation.
