Cast Latex Pillow

Description

The Cast latex pillow is a white coating pillow that isolates the electronic circuits from solder, heat, touch, humidity, dust, salt fog and other elements or residue that is aggressive to exposed circuits during soldering or natural phenomena. Its coating presents good mechanical resistance after drying and can easily stick to smooth surfaces. It does not crack because it is made of natural latex. It can be easily removed and leaves no residue after removal.

It is available with average viscosity (normal) and HV form (high viscosity). The latex pillow contains water-based solvents, atoxic, without any strong, unpleasant odors and dries quickly. Such solvents do not damage commonly-used material present in most printed circuit boards. Because it is compatible with the materials used in PCBs and their components, it does not present craters or other flaws due to different chemical composition. It can be applied through immersion systems, brushing, stencils, spatulas and nozzles etc.
The latex pillow can be easily removed by simply pulling it out, when applied to smooth surfaces.
